About Ciao Bella Trattoria Ciao Bella Trattoria, the former Rose’s Steak and Fish House, a landmark Morro Bay dining experience since 1961, offers superior Italian cuisine with California Coastal flair.     Ciao Bella features the freshest seafood and prime-cut meats melded into Southern Italy ’s classic entrée recipes, all presented at very reasonable prices. The local favorites include;   Shrimp Stuffed Avocado, Ciao Bella’s Seafood Linguine, and Involtini Di Pollo.    Ciao Bella has extensive Primi, Zuppa, Insalta, Pasta and Dessert selections to round out a full Italian feast.
